Jain Irrigation allots 64180 shares on conversion of ZCCBs

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has announced that Sub-Committee of Board of the Company in its meeting held on January 08, 2010 allotted 64,180 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 at a premium of Rs. 335.59 per Equity Share in conversion of 500 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds (ZCCB's) of USD 1,000 each in terms of Notification received from the holder and in terms of Offering Circular dated March 24, 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.865.55, down by Rs.5.80 or 0.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.894 and low of Rs.862.

The total traded quantity was 24479 compared to 2 week average of 28753.
