Asian Tea allots 15 lakh warrants

Asian Tea & Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 07, 2010, has allotted 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lacs) Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 26 each. Each warrant entitling the holder to apply and be allotted one fully paid up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, at any time not exceeding 18 (eighteen) months from the date of allotment of Warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.36.50, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.90 and low of Rs.36.

The total traded quantity was 9616 compared to 2 week average of 27782.
