Micro Technologies allots 29 lakh warrants

Micro Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 29,00,000 warrants each convertible into one equity share to its Promoter and Non-Promoter group of Company at a Board Meeting held on December 24, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.192.55, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.195 and low of Rs.187.

The total traded quantity was 202318 compared to 2 week average of 253476.
