Prism Informatics allots 1329633 NCCCPS

Prism Informatics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 05, 2009, pursuant to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 22, 2009, in-principle approval received from Bombay Stock Exchange vide Letter dated December 21, 2009 and Board resolution dated December 23, 2009, have allotted 13,29,633, 4% Non Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPs) of Rs 100/- each.
