India Infoline allots 990000 Equity Share upon Exercise of ESOPs

India Infoline Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, by circular resolution on January 04, 2010, allotted 9,90,000 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2005.

Upon the allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 28,34,00,000 to 28,43,90,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.137.40, up by Rs.4.60 or 3.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.137.60 and low of Rs.133.30.

The total traded quantity was 1688809 compared to 2 week average of 502067.
