Crew BOS to consider issue of warrants on Jan 04, 2010

Crew BOS Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 04, 2010, to consider and approve the allotment of Convertible warrants into equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters, promotes group Company's and other outside parties.

The stock was trading at Rs.65.50, down by Rs.4.05 or 5.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.71.90 and low of Rs.64.90.
