Sterlite Technologies allots 15233 Shares under ESOP Scheme

Sterlite Technologies Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company allotted 15,233 equity shares to various employees in ESOP-2006 scheme of the Company. Post allotment the share capital of the Company is 6,46,53,702.

The stock was trading at Rs.369, up by Rs.22.75 or 6.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.383.90 and low of Rs.351.

The total traded quantity was 586613 compared to 2 week average of 210620.
