Balrampur Chini Mills allots 1647850 Equity Shares

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 1647850 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 45 per share (including a premium of Rs. 44 per share) on December 30, 2009 to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme.
