Firstsource Solutions allots 124375 shares under ESOS

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on February 19, 2007, had delegated the power to allot equity shares from time to time to the employees / ex-employees arising on exercise of the stock options vested to them under the terms of Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS) of the Company, viz. ESOS 2002 and ESOS 2003, severally to Dr. Ashok Ganguly, Chairman and Mr. Ananda Mukerji, Managing Director & CEO of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, pursuant to the powers vested as above, Mr. Ananda Mukerji, Managing Director & CEO has, on December 28, 2009 allotted 1,24,375 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company under ESOS 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 4291,27l,820 consisting of 429,127,182 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.34.60, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.75 and low of Rs.34.45.

The total traded quantity was 262378 compared to 2 week average of 2336970.
