HCL Infosystems allots 6520 equity shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on December 25, 2009 has allotted 6520 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 105.63 per shares, to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000.

The Stock was trading at Rs.150, down by Rs.3.80 or 2.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.154 and low of Rs.149.25.

The total traded quantity was 83920 compared to 2 week average of 157268.
