Gati allots 278850 Equity Shares on exercise of stock option sunder ESOS

Gati Ltd has announced that the members of the Compensation & HR Committee of the Company at its meeting held on December 24, 2009, approved the allotment of 2,78,850 Equity Shares to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under Employees Stock Option Scheme of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.57.35, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.57.90 and low of Rs.56.85.

The total traded quantity was 39974 compared to 2 week average of 45301.
