Birla Shloka to file RHP with ROC for Public Issue

Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has announced that the Members of the Public Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 23, 2009, have approved and taken on record, the Red Herring Prospectus to be filed with the ROC.

Further, the Committee has also decided that the Issue will open on January 11, 2010 and close on January 13, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.57.50, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.70 and low of Rs.55.

The total traded quantity was 16241 compared to 2 week average of 12614.
