PVR to consider allotment of 5114000 shares to DT Cinemas, Major Cineplex

PVR Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24, 2009, inter alia, for allotment of 51,14,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to two non promoters i.e. M/s. D T Cinemas Ltd and M/s. Major Cineplex Group Public Company Ltd on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.186.15, up by Rs.8.85 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.186.15 and low of Rs.178.05.
