Redington India allots 20250 shares

Redington India Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on December 23, 2009 the allotment of 20,250 (Twenty Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 120/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under "Redington (India) Ltd - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008".

The stock closed the day at Rs.298.35, up by Rs.0.70 or 0.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.302 and low of Rs.297.
