Lemon Tree Hotels signs 11th property in Punjab 
              Mumbai - Shri V.P. Iswardas has assumed charge as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Syrian Bank. The bank has a pan India presence of 364 branches. Shri Iswardas succeeds Sri R Venkataraman and is appointed for tenure of three years.
Shri V.P. Iswardas is a fine banker with more than 33 years of impeccable track record and experience. Prior to this he was functioning as Chief General Manager of CSB since April 2007. During his tenure at the bank's Head Office at Thrissur in various capacities Shri V.P.Iswardas was instrumental in initiating several new practices in general banking, marketing and technological areas. A proponent of holistic approach to customer management and low cost purpose oriented technology initiatives he has also played a key role in transforming CSB into a financial super market, for providing one stop total financial solutions to customers.
On the occasion of assuming charge Sri V P Iswardas said "This bank is built up with a vision and our inheritance is our core values and my mission is to convert CSB into a model bank by maintaining the best standards in product offering, service delivery, human resource development and corporate governance. Multiple channels for service delivery will be implemented for ensuring quality services to all sections at economical rates, he added."
