Vijaya Bank increases Authorised Share Capital

Vijaya Bank has announced that Government of India, vide its letter dated November 27, 2009, has informed that the Authorised capital of the Bank has been increased from Rs. 1500 crores to Rs. 3000 crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.51.30, up by Rs.0.80 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51.70 and low of Rs.51.

The total traded quantity was 260255 compared to 2 week average of 1201714.
