Ushdev International approves issue of 3143000 shares

Ushdev International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 17, 2009, has transacted and approved the issue of 31,43,000 no. of Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 176 per share (including premium of Rs. 166 per share) to promoters and investors on preferential basis. The issue price has been decided on the basis SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.

The Board approved the increase in authorized share capital and approved the convening of EGM.

The stock was trading at Rs.187, down by Rs.0.55 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.192 and low of Rs.180.20.

The total traded quantity was 46467 compared to 2 week average of 56793.
