India Home Loans to allot 5942500 warrants

India Home Loans Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 17, 2009 to allot 59,42,500 Convertible warrants to promoters and other than promoters on a preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20.75, down by Rs.0.40 or 1.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21 and low of Rs.20.60.

The total traded quantity was 19172 compared to 2 week average of 16031.
