MindTree allots Equity Shares

MindTree Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 1,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid on December 15, 2009 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 1999 Stock Option Plan (Program 1).

Further, the Company has allotted 12,209 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on December 15, 2009 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

Further, the Company has allotted 17,512 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on December 15, 2009 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

Further, the Company has allotted 31,656 equity shares (of which 1650 are of Rs. 242,21,171 are of Rs. 300/- each, 1455 are of Rs. 315/- each, 5,395 are of Rs. 335/- each, 1,285 are of Rs. 350/- each, 100 are of Rs. 419/- each and 600 are of Rs. 460/- each), fully paid on December 15, 2009 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 13,024 equity shares (of which 1819 are of Rs 286,8623 are of Rs. 343.48/- each, 1818 are of Rs. 412.50/- each, 764 are of Rs. 478.50/- each) fully paid on December 15, 2009 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2008 A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

The stock closed the day at Rs.682.95, up by Rs.6.95 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.697 and low of Rs.660.

The total traded quantity was 81924 compared to 2 week average of 30933.
