VSF Projects allots 32 lakh shares

VSF Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 14, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 32,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 12.50 per share in accordance with the Scheme of arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
