The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Godrej Properties Limited which closed for subscription on December 11, 2009 has received subscription of 4 times.
The IPO has received total bids for 30950933 equity shares against the offer of 7732405 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 979121 equity shares at cut-off price.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 29503552 equity shares against the offer of 3960505 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 7.4494 times.
