JSW Energy IPO subscribed 1.68 times with blessings of QIBs

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of JSW Energy Limited has received subscription of 1.68 times. The issue has received bids for 381872640 equity shares against the offer of 227560415 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 29900340 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 345093480 equity shares against the offer of 119631921 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 2.8846 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.1510 times with bids for 4074900 equity shares against the offer of 26982124 equity shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received bids for 32704260 equity shares against the offer of 80946371 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.4040 times.

The IPO opened for subscription on Dec 07, 2009 and closed for subscription on Dec 09, 2009.
