Bharat Hotels to consider private placement of NCDs on Dec 14, 2009

Bharat Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the Allotment on private placement basis of 400 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 10.00 Lacs each aggregating to Rs. 40.00 crores w.e.f. November 16, 2009, being the deemed date of allotment.
