Surya Roshni to consider allotment of 64 lakh warrants on Dec 14, 2009

Surya Roshni Ltd has announced that the meeting of Committee of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2009, to consider and allot the 64,00,000 Optionally Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to Promoters and their Group including Persons Acting in Concert.

The stock was trading at Rs.58.95, down by Rs.0.55 or 0.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60 and low of Rs.58.10.

The total traded quantity was 13292 compared to 2 week average of 19615.
