Mastek allots 4664 shares under ESOP Allotment

Mastek Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on December 08, 2009, have allotted 4,664 equity shares under ESOP and the paid-up share capital has subsequently increased to 2,69,19,410 shares and Paid up Share Capital is Rs. 13,45,97,050.

The stock closed the day at Rs.414.30, up by Rs.1.80 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.425.70 and low of Rs.411.
