GIVO to consider conversion of ECBs on Dec 15, 2009

GIVO Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2009, inter alia, to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to consider and approve, among other items, conversion of External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) of Rs 11.97 Crores into equity shares through the preferential allotment, ESOPS, and re-appointment of Mr. Aninda Mukharji as Whole Time Director.

The stock was trading at Rs.5.48, up by Rs.0.01 or 0.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.59 and low of Rs.5.20.
