Gemini Communication extends sponsored GDR issue

Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2009, has decided to extend the closure of Sponsored GDRs issue upto December 09, 2009 at the end of the working hours, to facilitate the retail investors to participate in the Sponsored GDR Issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.39.25, up by Rs.0.80 or 2.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.35 and low of Rs.38.60.

The total traded quantity was 117633 compared to 2 week average of 137297.
