SV Electricals to consider allotment of shares on Dec 01, 2009

SV Electricals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 01, 2009 to allot the shares to the persons as approved by the members at the Annual general Meeting (AGM) held on October 08, 2009 on a preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23.70, down by Rs.1.20 or 4.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.80 and low of Rs.23.70.
