GI Engineering Solutions Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 03, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve further issue of equity shares of the Company under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 by way of Preferential Issue as per Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 ("ICDR Regulations") and other applicable rules, regulations and guidelines of SEBI, subject to the approval of members.
