Kreon Finnancial to consider fund raising

Kreon Finnancial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 30, 2009, has decided to explore the option of raising additional capital for the Company through issue of equity/GDR's/FCCB's/Convertible securities along with other means.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.41, up by Rs.0.30 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.41 and low of Rs.6.41.
