Religare Enterprises allots 106372 Equity Shares under ESOS

Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on November 30, 2009 has allotted 106,372 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 76,523,938 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 765,239,380/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.400.25, up by Rs.20.20 or 5.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.404.70 and low of Rs.381.05.

The total traded quantity was 27449 compared to 2 week average of 25721.
