AXIS Bank allots 814235 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on November 24, 2009, has made the allotment of 8,14,235 equity shares at Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 40,32,08,469 equity shares from 40,23,94,234 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.999.85, up by Rs.1.10 or 0.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1005.90 and low of Rs.981.25.

The total traded quantity was 193347 compared to 2 week average of 217140.
