Kuvam International allots 80 lakh shares

Kuvam International Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 19, 2009, has allotted 80,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The said allotment is on conversion of Convertible Equity Warrants which were allotted to the various allottees in the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on September 29, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46, up by Rs.2.15 or 4.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46 and low of Rs.46.

The total traded quantity was 600 compared to 2 week average of 1640.
