Amar Remedies defers decision on preferential issue

Amar Remedies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2009, inter alia, has not considered issuing Pref. issue of Equity Shares / Warrants to the promoters at present and deferred its decision on the same at a future date.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40.15, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.40 and low of Rs.39.55.

The total traded quantity was 44564 compared to 2 week average of 55451.
