Himalya International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 22, 2009, has allotted 85,60,000 share against the warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.36.70, up by Rs.1.40 or 3.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.45 and low of Rs.35.25.
