DSP BlackRock Equity Fund declares 30% dividend

The Trustees of DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund have declared a dividend under the scheme DSP BlackRock Equity Fund- Regular Plan (Dividend Option). The Dividend declared per unit is Rs. 3/- The Face Value per Unit is Rs. 10/-

The Record date for the dividend is November 20, 2009.

The NAV as on Nov 13, 2009 is Rs. 52.391.

The dividend shall be payable only to those Unit Holders whose names appear in the register of Unit Holders of the Regular Plan of DSP BlackRock Equity Fund (Dividend Option) as on Nov 20, 2009.

Distribution of the above Dividend is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus. Pursuant to payment of Dividend, the NAV of the Regular Plan of the Scheme (Dividend Option) will fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy, if any.
