KBS Capital to consider raising funds on Nov 24, 2009

KBS Capital Management Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 24, 2009, inter alia, to consider raising of long term funds by way of issue of various securities.

The stock closed the day at Rs.25.45, down by Rs.0.35 or 1.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.50 and low of Rs.25.

The total traded quantity was 20557 compared to 2 week average of 25352.
