Bombay Rayon allots 1.9 crore Global Depository Receipts

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on November 18, 2009 has considered and approved the allotment of 1,90,00,000 (One crore ninety lacs) GDRs representing 1,90,00,000 underlying equity shares at par value of Rs 10 each, at an issue price of US $ 5.11 per GDR to the persons resident outside India.

The stock was trading at Rs.204.50, up by Rs.3.60 or 1.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.206.75 and low of Rs.198.50.

The total traded quantity was 133134 compared to 2 week average of 137790.
