Cambridge Solutions Ltd has announced that the allotment committee has allotted 16,666 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up under Cambridge Solutions Ltd - Employee Stock Option plan 2006 Programme II on November 13, 2009. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from 11,13,65,383 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 111,36,53,830 to 11,13,82,049 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 111,38,20,490.
