Polygenta Technologies fixes Record Date Reduction of Capital

Polygenta Technologies Ltd has announced that December 02, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for giving effect to Reduction of Share capital of the Company pursuant to Court Order passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in terms of Section 100 - 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 dated September 16, 2009 and to issue 19,42,918 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in place of existing 1,94,29,188 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.
