ACC allots 1570 Shares

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated November 09, 2009 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, 1,570 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme.

75 shares were allotted under ESOS 2001 and 1,495 shares under ESOS 2004.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,09,447 shares to 18,77,11,017 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.

The stock was trading at Rs.736, up by Rs.3.55 or 0.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.745.370 and low of Rs.729.10.

The total traded quantity was 82769 compared to 2 week average of 92053.
