KSK Energy Ventures Opens QIP

KSK Energy Ventures Ltd has announced that the QIP committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2009, inter alia, has decided to open the proposed issue of equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each of the Company through a qualified institutions placement (QIP) (the "Issue") in accordance with Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and has also approved a Preliminary Placement Document in respect of the Issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.198.60, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.201.75 and low of Rs.196.

The total traded quantity was 98756 compared to 2 week average of 127999.
