HCL Technologies allots 655088 shares under ESOP

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on November 09, 2009 allotted 6,55,088 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 672,585,492 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 134,51,70,984/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.311.70, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.317.90 and low of Rs.309.50.

The total traded quantity was 21579 compared to 2 week average of 205659.
