Amtek Auto allots 2701846 Equity Shares

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on November 09, 2009 have allotted 2701846 equity shares at Rs. 148.40/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 8.245 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.176.30, up by Rs.2.40 or 1.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.179.90 and low of Rs.174.10.
