Maral Overseas allots 19750000 Equity Shares

Maral Overseas Ltd has announced that pursuant to approval accorded by Shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 26, 2009, the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 09, 2009 have allotted 1,97,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 10/- each to M/s. Agarwal Trademart Pvt Ltd.
