Sat Industries seeks EGM approval for preferential issue

Sat Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2009, inter alia, to decided to make Preferential issue of 1,64,00,000 equity shares / warrants to the promoters / non - promoters in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, and subject to all, approvals, permissions, sanctions etc. as may he required.

To consider the above, Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on December 07, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27, up by Rs.1.30 or 5.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.25 and low of Rs.26.

The total traded quantity was 19316 compared to 2 week average of 20856.
