Haryana Financial allots 905000 Shares

Haryana Financial Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held on September 24, 2009, have issued / allotted 9,05,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (at par) as per details, to the Governor of Haryana (State Govt.) against the share capital contribution of Rs. 90,50,000/- received from the State Govt. during the year 2009-10 under section 4 & 6 of State Financial Corporations Act, 1951.
