Gemstone Investments allots shares under preferential issue

Gemstone Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has allotted Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to various Allottees as approved by the Company in its Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.38.35, up by Rs.1.80 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.35 and low of Rs.36.60.

The total traded quantity was 776 compared to 2 week average of 21797.
