CSS Technergy to allot 14 lakh warrants

CSS Technergy Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has discussed and approved the proposal for issue and allotment of upto 14,00,000 fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis to the Promoters and promoter group persons, Directors, associates and other investors.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.95, up by Rs.0.75 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.95 and low of Rs.14.85.

The total traded quantity was 4339 compared to 2 week average of 2777.
