Arvind to consider fund raising options on Oct 30, 2009

Arvind Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider various fund raising options available to the Company including Qualified Institutional Placement for amount up to Rs. 250 crores.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.75, up by Rs.0.50 or 1.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.45 and low of Rs.31.60.

The total traded quantity was 1038716 compared to 2 week average of 1172110.
